## Job Summary The Zonal Head South will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving sales growth, and managing overall performance within the southern region of the company. This role is crucial in ensuring that regional targets align with company objectives and strategy.

## Responsibilities - Lead and manage the zonal team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. - Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance market penetration and brand loyalty in the southern region. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to present to senior management. - Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 12 to 15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a zonal or regional role. - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

## Preferred Skills - Previous experience in the industry relevant to the company’s focus. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Experience in managing budgets and financial metrics.

## Experience - Minimum of 12 years and up to 15 years of relevant experience is required.

## Environment - The position is based in Bengaluru and may involve travel within the southern region.

## Salary - Competitive salary in the range of 50 to 70 LPA (Cost to Company).
