AI Engineer

## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, ideally from tier 1 colleges, who has consistently contributed at early stage startups. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that drive business innovations and growth. This position is pivotal in shaping product strategy and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning models in a fast-paced environment.

## Responsibilities - Design and develop advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing and new products. - Perform rigorous testing, validation, and optimization of algorithms to ensure high performance and scalability. - Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform product improvements. - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance AI capabilities. - Contribute to technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

## Qualifications - 5-8 years of professional experience in AI engineering or relevant fields. - Graduated from tier 1 colleges with a strong technical foundation. - Proven track record working with early stage startups, demonstrating consistent and impactful contributions. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for deploying AI solutions. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Background in research or development of cutting-edge AI applications. - Experience in scaling AI models in production environments.

## Experience - A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in AI engineering or a closely related field. - Demonstrated experience working in early stage startup environments, showing adaptability and continuous growth.
