Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Across Portfolio Companies:

  • Identify high-impact AI use cases that can drive significant value.
  • Build phased AI roadmaps for systematic implementation.
  • Drive pilots and scaled implementations of AI solutions.
  • Coordinate with management teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Lead adoption and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Ensure measurable business outcomes from AI projects.

- Within the org:

  • Identify internal AI use cases across investment, operations, and support teams.
  • Define and shape internal AI roadmap.
  • Evaluate and support the implementation of AI tools and workflows.
  • Enhance internal productivity, knowledge access, research, diligence support, and decision-making through AI.
  • Drive adoption, training, and practical enablement across teams.

Qualifications

- Experience: 8–15 years in transformation, consulting, program leadership, enterprise technology, digital, or AI-related roles.

- Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and practices.
  • Proven capability in leading cross-functional transformation in medium or large organizations.
  • Familiarity with business operations and processes.

- Soft Skills:

  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Practical, structured, and execution-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in:
  • Consulting
  • Enterprise transformation
  • AI/analytics/automation program leadership
  • Strategy and execution roles
  • Private equity operating/value creation roles

Experience
