Job Location: Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality to lead quality assurance activities across cosmetic/skincare manufacturing. The role focuses on strong QA systems, regulatory compliance, documentation, and audit management, ensuring adherence to internal standards and statutory guidelines across all manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities: ● Oversee QA activities for RM, PM, bulk, and finished products for all commercial batches. ● Approve GRN, RM/PM release, and finished product release as per quality standards. ● Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and internal QA systems. ● Maintain and review quality documentation, batch records, and compliance reports. ● Lead and support internal, external, and regulatory audits. ● Identify quality deviations, conduct investigations, and implement CAPA. ● Monitor packaging material quality throughout the production cycle. ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality compliance. ● Travel to manufacturing sites or audit locations as required. Qualifications & Experience: ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. ● 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the cosmetics or skincare industry. ● Strong knowledge of QA systems, regulatory compliance, and audits (formulation knowledge preferred but not mandatory). ● Hands-on experience with documentation, quality release processes, and compliance management.
