The posting

Business Case Development & Validation: Lead the preparation and validation of business cases for strategic initiatives. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure robust financial analysis and data-backed insights.

•

Drive Contribution Improvement Projects: Drive Contribution improvement initiatives in partnership with the other cross functional team to enhance efficiency and avoid duplication of efforts

•

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business unit leaders to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.

•

Periodic Business Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of business performance with CBO’s & assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

•

Support on any other projects requirement basis

Experience Required

•

Experience of 2-4 years in Business Finance

•

Preferably from Service Industry

•

Startup experience preferred (Non mandatory)

•

Strong analytical skills

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with non-financial stakeholders.

•

Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
