Job Title: Creative Designer – Branding & Packaging

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with strong expertise in branding and packaging design. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and develop visually compelling brand identities and packaging solutions that enhance product appeal, support marketing objectives, and create a strong brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Branding

  • Develop brand identities, including logos, visual language, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
  • Create consistent design systems that strengthen brand positioning across print, digital, and retail touchpoints.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts.

Packaging Design

  • Design packaging concepts, labels, and structures that reflect brand positioning and attract consumer attention.
  • Create artwork, dielines, and print-ready files ensuring accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
  • Collaborate with printing partners, vendors, and packaging suppliers to ensure quality and feasibility.

Creative Development

  • Produce high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, POS materials, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and consumer preferences to refine design direction.
  • Present creative concepts with clear reasoning and alignment to brand goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, sales teams, and external agencies.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute design ideas for integrated brand communication.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in branding and packaging design (FMCG, cosmetics, food, or consumer goods experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of 3D visualization tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of print production, packaging materials, finishing techniques, and color management.
  • Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing branding and packaging work.
