Key Responsibilities

• Lead the treasury function, with strong focus on banker relationship

management and project finance.

• Drive debt raising initiatives, ensuring optimal capital structuring and cost of capital

management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and

rating agencies.

• Provide strategic financial insights to management and support capital allocation

decisions.

• Prepare and present compelling financial narratives and business cases to investors,

lenders, and internal stakeholders.

• Partner with business leaders in supply chain, fleet management, and logistics to

drive financial discipline and support growth.

• Strengthen financial governance, ensure robust risk management, and maintain

compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

• 10–12 years of progressive finance experience with strong exposure to treasury, debt

raising, and project finance.

• Proven track record of engaging with banks, investors, and financial

institutions and closing structured financing deals.

• Prior experience in supply chain, fleet management, automotive, or logistics

sectors preferred.

• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with ability to influence senior

stakeholders and external partners.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to align financial strategy with

organizational growth goals.
