Fullstack Engineering Manager (Frontend: Mobile and Web)

## Job Summary The Fullstack Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver scalable applications for both mobile and web platforms. This role requires a hands-on approach to management, ensuring high levels of performance, delivery, and team cohesion while implementing best practices in software development.

## Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers in the development of scalable applications using React Native and ReactJS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. - Oversee the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring the highest quality standards. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team to enhance productivity and code quality. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay current with industry trends to keep the technology stack updated and competitive.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in managing engineering teams, preferably in a full-stack development environment. - Proficiency in React Native and ReactJS for mobile and web applications. - Strong understanding of scalable application architectures and performance optimization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams. - Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express.js) is a plus. - Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) for application deployment and scalability. - Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.

## Experience Minimum of 3-4 years of team management experience in an engineering role, with a focus on scalable application development.
