Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders (factories, forwarders, authorities). Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage. Working knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Additional Attributes: Reliable, loyal, and committed to upholding company standards and confidentiality. Confident and professional when dealing with customs, port, and other local authorities. Willingness and flexibility to travel locally inside the country (e.g., to customs offices). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude.
Additional Useful Tasks:
- Oversee and support the development of an internal logistics documentation system.
- Ensure end-to-end export compliance according to Indian regulations and company policies.
- Support interdepartmental alignment on export planning, especially with procurement and quality teams.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: Primarily home-office-based with occasional travel (customs visits, factory coordination, etc.).
- Working Hours: Flexible, depending on shipment and coordination requirements.
