Founding AI full-stack engineer role

REQUIREMENT:

Look for 5-10+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong AI/ML integration, as this founding role builds their AI mentorship products.

  • Full-Stack Proficiency: MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) mastery; comfortable with alternatives like Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL.
  • AI/ML Essentials: OpenAI API/GPT integration, prompt engineering, LangChain, RAG systems, vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone); basics in PyTorch/TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
  • Backend & DevOps: RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), MLOps, deployment (Docker, AWS/GCP), real-time features.
  • Frontend & UX: Responsive React apps, state management (Context/Redux), API integration for AI-driven UIs like chatbots.
