Head of Content/ Content Lead

Job Summary

Scrabble is hiring for a wellness brands, that’s based in Gurgaon. We’re looking for a Content Strategist who can bring clarity, heart, and structure to the stories we tell. Someone who knows that great content isn’t just about words, it’s about insight, timing, and resonance. Kindly note this is a 6-day working role with a hybrid policy in place.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the content thinking and narrative structure across existing social media channels and community initiatives for brand and founder profiles and launch new channels from time to time
  • Own campaign and content planning across channels - website, performance marketing, email, WhatsApp, social (3Mn+ followers - Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn and Facebook community), in-app, and more
  • Work with our founders, team, and external experts to translate complex ideas into digestible, relatable formats
  • Build content playbooks and scalable systems so we can do more, without losing our voice
  • Lead the creative studio internally and externally - writers, producers, videographers and channel owners
  • Track content performance across channels, report what’s working (and what’s not), and bring feedback loops into our creative process
  • Collaborate closely with design, growth, and product to make sure content feels human, not templated
  • Ideate long-form and repurpose long-form ideas into snackable, scroll-stopping formats



Who we’re looking for

  • 10-15 years of experience in content strategy, editorial, or creative strategy
  • Can think campaign and calendar long-term vision + daily cadence
  • Comfort with wellness, science, and habit formation as content themes
  • A strong writing voice (but knows when to step back and let others shine)
  • Has led content for corporate and personal brands or built a content engine from scratch
  • Rolls up their sleeves when needed, takes initiative, and backs their creative instincts with data
