Role Overview

As a Tech Recruiter, you’ll lead the charge in hiring the best minds across Engineering, Product, and Design functions. From SDE 1s to Principal Engineers, Product Owners to Program Managers, and UX Researchers to Design Leads — you will be at the forefront of shaping our high-performing, mission-driven team. This is a strategic, high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder partnership and talent mapping across India’s top product ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across functions:

o Engineering Roles:

 Backend Engineers (Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka, Python)

 Frontend Engineers (React, React Native)

 Android (Kotlin)

 Quality Engineers / SDET

 Principal Engineers, Architects

 SDE I & SDE II

 Engineering Managers

o Product & Program Roles:

 Product Owners (B2C & B2B)

 Program Managers

o Design & Research Roles:

 Product Designers

 UX Researchers

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, Engineering/Product/Design leadership, and the Founders

• Build and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and community outreach

• Create talent pipelines for critical leadership and niche tech roles

• Drive recruitment campaigns, job branding, and candidate experience initiatives

• Build strong interview processes and collaborate with TA Ops/ATS teams

• Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on market intelligence and talent trends

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in tech/product/design hiring, ideally with exposure to fast-growing B2C or product-led startups

• Strong hands-on experience hiring across full-stack engineering, data science, design, product, and leadership roles

• Deep understanding of technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, Python, React, React Native, Kotlin

• Demonstrated success in executive hiring (Architects, Principal Engineers, EMs, VPs)

• Ability to build scalable pipelines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling ability

• Passion for food, tech, and solving hiring challenges creatively
