## Job Summary The Lead – Talent Acquisition will partner closely with leadership to build strong global talent pipelines and solve complex hiring challenges. The position is crucial in a rapidly evolving deep-tech environment, focused on attracting top-tier talent for specialized and technical roles.

## Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end hiring for niche, technical, and leadership roles. - Build and leverage strong global talent networks for specialized hiring. - Drive hiring excellence by improving processes, stakeholder alignment, and candidate experience. - Act as a strategic talent partner to support business growth through effective workforce planning.

## Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to niche/complex hiring. - Strong experience in technical hiring, especially in high-skill domains. - Ability to tap into and engage global talent networks. - Prior experience in semiconductor, drone tech, or similar deep-tech industries is preferred. - Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a consultative approach.
