MARKETING MANAGER

AS WE BUILD THE NEXT BIG THING IN HAIRCARE

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of product

launches, sales moments, and topical

campaigns across digital, offline, and

experiential channels

Own campaign strategy for key launches

and product pushes including messaging

frameworks, audience targeting, and

channel prioritization

Drive ongoing consumer research and

competitive intelligence to inform

positioning, narratives, and marketing

direction

Partner closely with Product Development

and Category teams to shape go-to-

market strategies and translate product

strategy into compelling stories

Manage campaign planning, timelines,

budgets (where applicable), and cross-

functional execution with internal and

external teams

Execute and scale brand activations,

partnerships, and experiential moments

Qualifications:

2-3 years experience across marketing,

brand, strategy, or growth roles

Tier 1 graduate with strong interest in

and product-led storytelling

Strategic thinker who enjoys hands-on

execution

Highly organized and comfortable

owning projects end-to-end

Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership

environments

Strong communicator and collaborator
