Product & Delivery Analyst (Advisory & Coordination)

## Job Summary The Product & Delivery Analyst plays a crucial role in transforming advisory direction into structured execution. The primary objective is to ensure that projects progress with clarity and intent, effectively coordinating between various teams to maintain a smooth delivery flow.

## Responsibilities - Convert business and advisory insights into actionable plans that drive project execution. - Coordinate with client, tech, and vendor teams to ensure continuity and efficiency in delivery. - Track milestones, dependencies, and blockers across ongoing projects to ensure timely completion. - Conduct product and tech audits to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership review, ensuring transparency and communication of project status.

## Qualifications - Experience: 2–4 years in product, project, or delivery coordination. - Familiarity: Experience with Jira, Asana, or other task management platforms. - Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities. - Exposure: Preferred experience in D2C, Software as a Service (SaaS), or digital product ecosystems. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is typically required.

## Preferred Skills - Additional experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Understanding of data metrics and performance indicators.
