## Company Overview A fast-growing WealthTech startup dedicated to innovating in the financial services sector, specifically within the broking ecosystem.

## Job Summary The Director of Product will take end-to-end ownership of the broking products, shaping the core product charter and driving growth. This high-impact role is essential for building user experiences tailored to a new-age investor base in a rapidly evolving finance landscape.

## Responsibilities - Lead the development and scaling of broking products including equities and derivatives. - Design and implement user-centric features based on a deep understanding of user behavior in retail investing. - Collaborate closely with technology, business, and leadership teams to align product strategy and execution. - Measure and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. - Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine product offerings accordingly.

## Qualifications - Strong experience in broking and trading products (equities, derivatives, etc.). - Proven track record of owning and scaling products from conception to launch. - Deep understanding of user behavior in retail investing environments. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strategic thinking with a strong analytical background.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with trading and investment platforms. - Knowledge of fintech trends and emerging technologies in wealth management. - Experience in agile product development methodologies.

## Experience - 5+ years in product management or related roles, specifically within the financial services or WealthTech sector.
