Product Manager - Adtech

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of AdTech products at an early-stage startup. This role will drive product vision and strategy across the organization, working at the intersection of supply-side partnerships, owned platforms, and global players.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product vision and strategy for AdTech products across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and user feedback to guide product development.
  • Interface with supply-side partnerships to enhance product offerings.
  • Design and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, APIs, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of advertising technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with agile product management methodologies.

Experience

- 5+ years in relevant fields such as AdTech, MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS, particularly with a focus on product management.
