## Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development of data-driven solutions. This role is essential for owning the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration, contributing significantly to the organization’s goals by driving innovation and creating value for our users.

## Responsibilities - Own the product lifecycle for data-driven solutions, from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. - Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features that solve real-world financial challenges. - Translate business needs and data insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps, aligning product development with strategic goals. - Leverage technical and data experience to guide product architecture and ensure solutions are technically sound and user-centric. - Track product performance and use key metrics to monitor usage, user behavior, and impact—using these insights to drive continuous product improvement.

## Qualifications - Must-Have: - 3–5 years of experience in product management or in closely aligned technical roles (program management, data science, engineering) within a product-focused company. - A strong data-driven product mindset with the ability to translate insights into product decisions, prioritization, and measurable outcomes. - Hands-on exposure to fraud analytics, underwriting, collections, or business intelligence, with a clear understanding of how data influences financial product workflows. - Proven experience working with data—using analytics, metrics, and user insights to shape product direction. - Strong collaboration skills with engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
