Key responsibilities include:

  • Candidates should be Smart and Presentable.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Managing phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:

  1. First criteria is that the candidate should be Smart and Presentable.
  2. Proven experience as a receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  3. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook)
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  6. Must have any bachelor's degree
  7. Female Candidate only

  9. 5LPA - 6LPA
  10. Age Group - 30-40Yrs
