## Job Summary The Security Lead will be responsible for managing technical resources and ensuring the delivery of technology lifecycle projects. This role requires a strong background in information security, particularly within global exchanges or financial firms, and includes overseeing cloud technologies and security principles.

## Responsibilities - Manage technical resources to ensure successful technology lifecycle delivery. - Oversee information security practices in alignment with industry best practices. - Develop and implement security architecture, design, and operations within cloud environments. - Apply SecDevOps principles along with Security Automation and Orchestration methodologies. - Communicate effectively with senior management and a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Conduct presentations and write reports for board-level discussions concerning information security.

## Qualifications - Proven experience managing technical teams to deliver complex technology initiatives. - Solid knowledge of cloud technologies and security practices. - Relevant experience with SecDevOps principles, Security Automation, and Orchestration. - Familiarity with IT systems management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, COBIT). - Experience with information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP). - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing board-level reports. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in global financial firms or exchanges is highly preferred. - Additional certifications related to information security are a plus.

## Experience - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in information security is required.
