## Job Summary The Sr AI Engineer / Staff AI Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that elevate the platform’s content offerings. This role involves building advanced AI models that improve content recommendations, enhance user engagement, and optimize storytelling techniques.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for content optimization and user recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services. - Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and enhance the understanding of user preferences and behaviors. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of technology. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth and best practices.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages. - Proven experience in machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. - Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and reinforcement learning. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI models. - Understanding of audio processing and content creation techniques.

## Experience - A minimum of 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence or machine learning, with a focus on content-related solutions preferred.
