Senior Frontend Engineer (Next.js | React)

## Job Summary The Senior Frontend Engineer will play a vital role in designing and developing robust and scalable web applications that provide exceptional user experiences. This position contributes to the organization’s goals by tackling complex challenges in finance and tech while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend applications using Next.js and React. - Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement engaging user interfaces. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring comprehensive performance testing. - Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills. - Participate in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) to continuously improve team performance and project delivery. - Stay updated with emerging trends in frontend technologies and apply best practices in web development.

## Qualifications - Experience: 7+ years of frontend development. - Technical Skills: - Strong expertise in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and core web concepts. - Hands-on experience with modern tools such as Webpack, package managers, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress). - Soft Skills: - Strong portfolio showcasing complex and scalable web applications. - Experience working in Agile environments. - Proven mentorship experience.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in frontend performance optimization. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to fintech products or startups.

## Experience - A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in frontend development is required.

## Environment - Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) – flexibility to work remotely with periodic in-office collaboration. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where experimentation and adaptability are key.
