## Job Summary The Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This position involves direct engagement with clients to understand their requirements, leading end-to-end implementation projects, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and a technical background, ideally with experience as a developer.

## Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful configuration and integration of SaaS solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address and resolve technical issues. - Understand and analyze client requirements to provide best practice solutions and guidance. - Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide solutions in a timely manner. - Maintain clear and effective documentation of processes and solutions.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in SaaS solution configuration and integration. - Strong project leadership skills with a history of end-to-end implementation. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Prior experience as a developer to understand technical aspects of solutions. - Ability to comprehend and interpret client needs, translating them into actionable solutions. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with various SaaS platforms and tools. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of best practices in software development and system architecture.

## Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years experience in solution architecture or related fields preferred.
