## Job Summary The Staff Product Manager will play a critical role in defining and driving product strategy within the organization. This position involves leading cross-functional teams, managing product life cycles, and ensuring the successful launch of innovative products. The Staff Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to create solutions that meet customer needs and promote business growth.

## Responsibilities - Define product strategy and vision for marketplace platforms. - Lead cross-functional teams to develop and manage product life cycles. - Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Analyze performance metrics to evaluate product success and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and successful launches. - Make data-driven decisions to prioritize product features and enhancements.

## Qualifications - 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace platforms. - Proven experience in defining product strategies and managing product life cycles. - Strong skills in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration among teams. - Proficiency in conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing performance metrics. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to make data-driven decisions while managing multiple priorities. - Experience in the food delivery or restaurant technology industry is a plus. - Educational qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., BTech, BSc, MBA) may be preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with agile methodologies. - Experience with product analytics tools.

## Experience - Minimum of 7 years of relevant product management experience.

## Environment - This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru.
