Tech Enablement Specialist (E-commerce Focus)

## Responsibilities - Troubleshoot issues and assist developers by providing practical solutions to enhance performance and functionality. - Conduct research and development (R&D) and create small-scale proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate new tools or workflows. - Evaluate plugins, APIs, and integrations to recommend optimal solutions that align with business needs. - Document findings and build an internal knowledge base to support future projects and help foster continuous improvement. - Support architecture discussions with insights backed by data to ensure informed decision-making.

## Qualifications - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento. - Familiarity with APIs, admin panels, and integration workflows. - Possess logical and analytical thinking abilities; a natural curiosity that thrives on learning by doing. - A hands-on mindset, capable of practical problem-solving even without coding responsibilities. - Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not explicitly required.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with additional commerce platforms and emerging technologies. - Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
