Vice President – Human Resources (VP HR)

## Job Summary The Vice President – Human Resources (VP HR) will be responsible for overseeing the HR function throughout the organisation. This role is crucial in driving the people strategy, enhancing employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) frameworks, improving HR systems and practices, and collaborating with executive leadership to promote sustainable growth in a complex, promoter-driven environment.

## Responsibilities - Lead HR strategy and operations across both corporate and manufacturing functions. - Drive initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and overall employee experience. - Oversee employee relations and industrial relations across multiple units, ensuring compliance and fostering harmonious workplace relations. - Align HR practices with overarching business goals and objectives of organisational transformation. - Strengthen HR analytics and implement process automation to enhance efficiency and enable informed decision-making.

## Qualifications - 18-25 years of experience in HR, with a focus on both manufacturing and corporate environments. - Strong exposure to employee relations (ER), industrial relations (IR), and HR strategy specifically in promoter-driven organisations. - A strong analytical mindset, prioritizing data-driven decision-making in HR. - Evidence of stability and consistent career progression throughout professional history.

## Preferred Skills - Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. - Advanced knowledge of HR technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency. - Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence and engage stakeholders.

## Experience - A minimum of 18-25 years of relevant experience in human resources.
