## Job Summary The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the operational strategy and execution for Pronto. This role will involve overseeing quick commerce operations and scaling initiatives to ensure optimal performance and growth within the organization.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability within quick commerce. - Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain, logistics, and delivery operations. - Monitor key performance metrics and establish performance improvement plans where necessary. - Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance service delivery. - Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with overall business objectives. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in operations management, specifically within the quick commerce industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 8+ years of experience in a senior operations role, with a track record of scaling operations.

## Preferred Skills - Experience using data analytics tools to drive business decisions. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and logistics solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
