Das erwartet dich bei uns:

Auftragsmanagement: Du nimmst Kundenanfragen entgegen, bewertest sie fachlich und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit unseren Außenteams. Tourenplanung & Tagessteuerung: Du erstellst tägliche Einsatzpläne und reagierst flexibel auf kurzfristige Änderungen. Kommunikation: Du bist erste Ansprechperson bei Rückfragen, Klärfällen und Umplanungen – intern wie extern. Qualitätssicherung & Führung: Du bewertest Einsätze (z. B. über Exit-Polls), leitest aus dem Feedback Schulungsbedarf ab und organisierst Team- und Fahrermeetings. Fahrzeug- & Ausrüstungsmanagement: Du sorgst dafür, dass Fahrzeuge, PSA und Materialien einsatzbereit sind – mit System und Blick fürs Detail. Unfall- und Vorfallmanagement: Du beurteilst Pannen oder Unfälle vorab und leitest relevante Fälle an HR bzw. Fuhrpark weiter.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

Erfahrung in Disposition, Koordination oder Einsatzplanung – idealerweise im Bereich Logistik, Bau oder Handwerk. Organisationsstärke, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientiertes Denken, auch wenn’s mal hektisch wird. Kommunikationsgeschick – mit Kunden wie mit handwerklichen Teams. Technisches Grundverständnis (z. B. für Fahrzeuge, PSA, SHK-Material) ist ein Plus. Affinität für digitale Tools (z. B. GPS-Tracking, DriverApp, CRM-Systeme).
