About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.

As a SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with prospects, and supporting the sales team in building a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B prospects through LinkedIn, databases, websites, and other relevant channels.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their business requirements and assess potential opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the Sales/Account Executive team.
  • Maintain and regularly update prospect and lead information in the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects through multiple communication channels.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets.
  • Track outreach activities, conversions, and pipeline metrics and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
  • Stay updated on the company's products, services, target industries, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and understand customer requirements.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Good research and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team.

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B/IT/Technology sales.
  • Experience selling SaaS, software, data, AI, or technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email automation, or lead-generation databases.
