The posting

Job Description Summary:

The Product & Platform Analyst supports the management and evolution of enterprise wealth technology platforms. This role works across business, technology, and vendor teams to understand how platforms are used and managed, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive initiatives through completion. The Analyst looks beyond individual applications to understand how platforms fit together across the Wealth Technology environment, including their connections to other systems, data, services, vendors, and business processes. The role requires someone who is comfortable learning new technologies, working through ambiguity, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to improve consistency, scalability, efficiency, and how technology works together across the organization.

Job Description:

• Develop a strong working understanding of relevant platforms, including capabilities, configuration, integrations, dependencies, and key business uses.

• Assess how platforms and technology-enabled processes operate today and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or improve them.

• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve platform consistency, scalability, efficiency, and alignment with broader technology standards and direction.

• Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs, requirements, and constraints and help translate them into platform solutions and next steps.

• Research platform and vendor capabilities, evaluate options, and develop recommendations to support platform decisions and improvements.

• Coordinate with business teams, technology teams, and vendors to address dependencies, resolve issues, and drive work toward completion.

• Support platform implementations, migrations, consolidations, integrations, enhancements, testing, and other initiatives.

• Investigate platform issues and opportunities, gather relevant information, engage the right resources, and help drive resolution.

• Maintain useful documentation of platform configurations, integrations, dependencies, processes, and key decisions.

• Support technology discovery, onboarding, and platform transition activities associated with acquisitions and organizational change.

• Proactively communicate findings, risks, dependencies, recommendations, and next steps to business and technology stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to improve how platforms integrate with other systems, scale with the needs of the business, and support users effectively.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in product or platform support, business or systems analysis, enterprise technology, financial services, or a related area.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through incomplete or ambiguous information.

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand how applications, processes, data, integrations, and dependencies fit together.

• Familiarity with technology concepts such as APIs, data flows, system integrations, and identity and access concepts.

• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and ability to identify next steps and follow work through to completion.

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively across business teams, technology teams, and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or financial services.

• Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or other business applications.

• Experience supporting platform implementations, migrations, integrations, configuration, testing, or process improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
