Als Consultant Large Account ben je verantwoordelijk voor één grote klant die diverse locaties heeft rondom Venlo. Wij zijn daarbij verantwoordelijk voor de flexibele arbeidsschil. Van werving tot onboarding en evaluaties, alles komt aan bod.

We denken mee met onze klant en zijn ze graag een stap voor. We weten de juiste mensen te vinden en zorgen samen voor het succes van onze klant. Dit doen we door wekelijks meermaals aanwezig te zijn, niet alleen op kantoor maar ook juist op de vloer! De voertaal is Nederlands, maar met onze flexkrachten wordt ook Engels en Duits gesproken.

De highlights van je werkzaamheden:

  • Accountmanagement, je weet wat er speelt en kent iedere afdeling en stakeholder
  • Advies geven, jij bent de specialist op het gebied van flexibele arbeid
  • Recruitment, jij weet de talenten te binden en te laten groeien
  • Administratie, de planning moet duidelijk zijn en verloning moet secuur gebeuren
  • Onboarding, jij zorgt voor de vliegende start van nieuwe collega’s!

Wat bieden wij jou?

Er is veel afwisseling in werkzaamheden en werklocatie binnen een dynamische omgeving van de arbeidsmarkt. Het team bestaat uit zes andere collega’s.

Als Consultant Large Accounts krijg je:

  • Een salaris tussen de €2600,- en €3300,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je opleiding en werk/stage ervaring
  • Netto internetvergoeding €25,- op fulltime basis
  • 25 vakantiedagen, 6,5 adv dagen (of 2,5% extra salaris) en een extra vrije dag op jouw verjaardag
  • 8,5% vakantiegeld en een aantrekkelijke (kwartaal) bonusregeling
  • Leaseauto (die je ook privé mag rijden)
  • Een pensioenregeling, waarbij SD Worx 60% van de premiebetaling voor haar rekening neemt
  • Aantrekkelijke kortingen op je sport abonnement!

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken iemand die de onderste steen boven wil halen en klanten op de beste manier wil bedienen. Vanuit expertise kunnen helpen en verder bouwen aan professionalisering. Het is daarom van belang dat je communicatief vaardig bent, kennis hebt van arbeidsbemiddeling en drive hebt om de beste resultaten neer te zetten.

Daarbij komt:

  • Dat je een echte teamspeler bent
  • De Engelse en/of Duitse taal beheerst in woord, Pools is een pré
  • Minimaal 32 uur beschikbaarheid
  • In het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs en bereid zijn om in de regio te reizen
