Voor een bedrijf in Lommel zoeken we gemotiveerde operatoren voor de inpakafdeling.

Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden als operator in de inpakafdeling?

  • Je start de inpak-, assemblage- en spuitgietmachines op, stopt ze en houdt ze nauwlettend in de gaten.
  • Je stelt de machines correct in en past de configuratie aan bij product wissels.
  • Je voert metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Je beperkt het aantal defecten tot een minimum en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van afgekeurde producten.
  • Je giet producten manueel over bij volle bakken.
  • Je voorziet verpakte goederen van labels en sluit ze correct af.
  • Je plaatst verzamelbakken correct en gebruikt elastieken op de juiste manier.
  • Je spoort kleine storingen op en lost ze zelfstandig op.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en grijpt in bij kleine technische problemen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je houdt je werkplek netjes en georganiseerd.

  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en werkt graag met machines.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je volgt procedures en veiligheidsregels strikt op en begrijpt het belang ervan.
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheid nemen.
  • Je bent beschikbaar om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Je toont initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen het team.
