Voor een internationaal producent van staal voor internationale bouwindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar ijzersterke operatoren.

Je zal werken vanuit de vestiging in Dendermonde in een twee ploegen systeem.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Goed technisch inzicht en bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring als operator
  • Schoolverlaters uit een technische richting komen zeker ook in aanmerking!
  • Iemand met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, die nauwkeurig en veilig kan werken en kwaliteit wil afleveren!
  • Iemand die graag in teamverband werkt, maar zelfstandig kunnen werken als meerwaarde ziet
  • Vlot kan communiceren in het Nederlands of Engels

Functieomschrijving

Binnen het bedrijf zijn verschillende productieafdelingen. Momenteel zoeken we extra mensen voor de liggers; constructieliggers zorgen voor de stabiliteit van de constructie.

Je taak als operator hier zal zijn om de machines correct in te stellen. Tijdens het productieproces zal je vervolgens de productie nauw dienen op te volgen.Het materiaal waar je mee aan de slag gaat doorloopt een heel proces, gaande van rechtmaken, indien nodig plooien en aan elkaar lassen om uiteindelijk op de gewenste lengte geknipt te worden (allemaal machinaal)

Je zal dus bepaalde parameters in het oog moeten houden en zal instaan voor het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.

Indien er zich bepaalde storingen voordoen dan ben jij de persoon die deze in eerste instantie gaat oplossen.Indien het gaat om een complexere storing kan je steeds rekenen op je collega's / techniekers.
