The posting

Voor een bedrijf in Herent zoeken we een productie manager. Als Productie Manager geef je leiding aan de operationele productieteams en zorg je voor een consequente toepassing van processen binnen de afdeling.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden als productie manager:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt, veilig en kwalitatief laten verlopen van het volledige productieproces.
  • Opvolgen van KPI’s en vertalen van resultaten naar concrete verbeteracties.Beheren van de productieplanning en bijsturen waar nodig om leverdoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Initiëren en implementeren van continue verbeteringen op vlak van processen, kwaliteit en prestaties.
  • Uitvoeren van root cause analyses en implementeren van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Waarborgen van de naleving van SHE-, voedselveiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen.
  • Stimuleren van Operational Excellence door datagedreven werken en een lean/continuous improvement mindset.
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het productieteam.
  • Creëren van een betrokken en resultaatgerichte werkomgeving met duidelijke communicatie en verwachtingen.
  • Ondersteunen van HR-gerelateerde trajecten, waaronder evaluaties, ontwikkelingsgesprekken en indien nodig disciplinaire procedures.

Het profiel van de productie manager dat we zoeken:

  • Bachelor in (Bio-)Engineering, Agronomie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een voedings- of productieomgeving.
  • Sterke kennis van productieprocessen en continuous improvement.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en goede kennis van Excel.
  • Bereidheid tot wachtdiensten indien nodig.
