Heb je een passie voor mensen, techniek en continue verbetering?Onze klant, een wereldleider in duurzame aluminiumverpakkingen is dringend op zoek naar een Production Shift Supervisor in Volcontinu.

Als Production Shift Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een productieploeg. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt verloopt en motiveert jouw team om iedere dag het beste van zichzelf te geven.

  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, ondersteunt je medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om operationele doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van operatoren en ondersteunt hen in hun groei en ontwikkeling.
  • Je bewaakt de prestaties van de ploeg en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productienormen strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Je analyseert operationele uitdagingen en neemt initiatief om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren.Je stimuleert een cultuur van continu verbeteren en betrokkenheid.
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten en zorgt voor een optimale personeelsbezetting.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt tussen verschillende ploegen en afdelingen en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie.Je volgt KPI's op rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, rendement en efficiëntie.

Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen kan motiveren, coachen en richting geven. Je behoudt het overzicht, neemt initiatief en voelt je thuis in een dynamische industriële omgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers of teams.
  • Een technische achtergrond in bijvoorbeeld mechanica, elektromechanica, elektriciteit of onderhoud.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende leiderschapsstijl.
  • Analytisch inzicht en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Het vermogen om beslissingen te nemen in een snel veranderende productieomgeving.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een ploegensysteem.
