Voor een internationale en innovatieve speler actief in de chemische en technologische sector zoeken wij een Teamlead Business Support.

In deze rol combineer je people management, procesoptimalisatie en operationele ondersteuning binnen een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit, innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van Business Support professionals
  • Identificeren en realiseren van procesverbeteringen en optimalisatieprojecten
  • Implementeren van nieuwe systemen en tools om de efficiëntie te verhogen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders en klanten
  • Bewaken van de continuïteit en kwaliteit van kritische business processen
  • Actief meewerken aan operationele taken wanneer nodig
  • Ondersteunen van een cultuur van samenwerking, continue verbetering en klantgerichtheid
  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende en/ of coachende rol
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie, change management of projectwerk
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlot in stakeholdermanagement
  • Analytisch ingesteld en in staat om zowel strategisch als operationeel te denken
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
