We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren teamleader die zich kan vrijmaken in drie ploegen!

Wie zoeken we?

Je kan onderstaande zaken afvinken:

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een productieomgeving en bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Coachen van medewerkers schrikt je niet af, je hebt hier de nodige people skills voor.
  • Technische achtergrond: studies, hobby's, interesses ...
  • Stressbestendig probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je kan goed overweg met een computer en de bijhorende softwareprogramma's.
  • Je kan je zelfstandig verplaatsen naar de regio van Dendermonde en bent beschikbaar in drie ploegen.

Wat bieden wij je?

Functieomschrijving

Je gaat aan de slag in een gekend, stabiel bedrijf in de regio en bent op jouw afdeling verantwoordelijk voor personeel, veiligheid, kwaliteit, samenwerking en het verbeteren van productieprocessen.

  • Coaching en aansturing van je team in functie van het behalen van de doelstellingen.
  • Personeelsplanning opvolgen.
  • Evaluatiegesprekken voeren met personeel.
  • Je volgt zelf de veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgt er ook voor dat jouw team deze naleeft.
  • Opvolgen van projecten in functie van het verbeteren van productieprocessen.
  • ...

Je start eerst op als operator om de machines, werking binnen het bedrijf, de afdeling ... te leren kennen.Nadien word je al snel opgeleid tot teamleader.
