Bij onze klant zoeken we iemand die energie krijgt van mensen helpen. Aan de balie ben jij het gezicht dat klanten verwelkomt, hun vragen beantwoordt en hen begeleidt naar de juiste materialen. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct verwerkt worden en dat iedereen met een goed gevoel vertrekt.

Wat jij elke dag betekent voor onze klantenJe luistert actief, denkt mee en geeft helder advies over bouwmaterialen, alternatieven en toepassingen. Je communiceert duidelijk — aan de balie, telefonisch of via mail — en blijft rustig wanneer het even druk wordt. Klanten voelen zich gehoord en geholpen, en dat is precies wat jij belangrijk vindt.

Wat je doet achter de schermenJe maakt offertes op basis van plannen of meetstaten, volgt bestellingen op in het systeem en checkt de voorraad zodat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je stemt af met logistiek voor een vlotte levering of afhaling. Betalingen afhandelen (cash, bancontact of facturatie) hoort er ook bij.

Jouw kennis maakt het verschilJe kent ruwbouwmaterialen zoals isolatie, gevelstenen, dakpannen en gereedschap, of je bent bereid om dat snel te leren. Je blijft graag op de hoogte van nieuwe producten en trends in de bouwsector. Dankzij jouw inzicht zie je verkoopkansen en adviseer je klanten over promoties of alternatieven.
