Voor een familiaal productiebedrijf met een fijne teamspirit is SD Worx Professionals op zoek naar een internal sales medewerker met zin voor initiatief.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische KMO, waar jij het aanspreekpunt wordt voor alle klantvragen (B2B).

Wie zoeken we?

Wie is de ideale kandidaat?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma op zak en kan terugblikken op minimum een eerste stabiele en relevante werkervaring in een internal sales
  • Vrienden of collega's zouden jou omschrijven als de initiatiefnemer van de groep en een echte teamplayer
  • Je bent sterk communicatief in het Nederlands en hebt voldoende kennis van het Frans om zowel telefonisch als per mail met klanten in gesprek te gaan.
  • Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar

  • Je werkte al eerder in een interne sales rol binnen een bedrijf die met houtproducten of aanverwanten werkt: keukenbouwers, DIY, kantoorinrichting,...

Functieomschrijving

Als Internal Sales medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten (A-Z) en weet je een goede klantenrelatie op & verder uit te bouwen. Samen met jouw collega's til jij het team naar een hoger niveau:

Hoe je dat gaat doen?

  • Op basis van de wensen van de klant, stel je offertes op en zet je deze om in een bestelling
  • Je maakt afspraken omtrent levertermijnen en houdt de klant op de hoogte doorheen het proces
  • Je zorgt ook dat alle facturen tijdig worden opgemaakt worden
  • En verzorgt de aftersales

Je werkt in deze rol nauw samen met 3 collega's, die elk een eigen verantwoordelijkheid hebben: Aankoop, Boekhouding en Productie.

Een rol waarin je langs de ene kant een duidelijk en afgelijnd takenpakket hebt én waar geen enkele aanvraag hetzelfde is: voldoende variatie en uitdaging verzekerd!
