Voor een stabiele organisatie binnen een dynamische supply chain-omgeving zijn we op zoek naar een administratief sterke medewerker die energie haalt uit het verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van facturen en financiële documenten.

Ben jij Cijfermatig, heb je ervaring met financiële administratie en ben je bovendien een echte teamplayer? Dan ben jij de Medewerker Leveranciersboekhouding die we zoeken.

  • Je hebt een grote affiniteit met administratieve en cijfermatige werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen facturatie, boekhouding of financiële administratie vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft initiatief nemen wanneer je onregelmatigheden vaststelt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en behoudt overzicht tijdens drukke periodes.

Functieomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken en registreren van inkomende leveranciersfacturen.
  • Opvolgen van doorfacturaties naar klanten en administratieve afhandeling van diverse verrekeningen.
  • Uitvoeren van controles op facturen en financiële gegevens om een correcte verwerking te garanderen.
  • Actief opvolgen van afwijkingen en contact opnemen met interne en externe partijen om deze op te lossen.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van openstaande dossiers en ervoor zorgen dat administratieve achterstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven.
  • Verzorgen van verschillende administratieve aangiftes en rapporteringen volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
