Voor een logistieke onderneming met een internationaal speelveld, is SD Worx Professionals op zoek naar een payroll medewerker voor de bediendenpopulatie.

  • Je kan terugblikken op relevante ervaring in loonadministratie én bezit over een sterke kennis van sociale wetgeving: je weet wat een CAO90 is, waar het verschil zit tussen arbeiders/bedienden,...
  • Je bent een vlotte collega met zin voor humor waar je voor de volle 100% kan op rekenen
  • Je krijgt in deze rol veel vrijheid om je job uit te voeren en houdt de HR Manager en collega's op de hoogte
  • Je houdt ervan dat nuttige info met de collega's wordt gedeeld zodat jullie als team ook blijven groeien
  • Communiceren doe je vlot in het Nederlands en je beschikt over een sterke basis van het Frans

Functieomschrijving

Je komt terecht in een hecht HR team, bestaande uit 2 collega's die de loonadministratie verzorgen voor de arbeiderspopulatie én waar je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de HR Manager die de loonadministratie en fleetbeheer aan jou overdraagt.

Ben jij klaar voor dit takenpakket?

  • Verwerken van loon- en personeelsadministratie voor verschillende paritaire comités en vestigingen, aan/afwezigheden, verlof, overuren, arbeidsongevallen, sociale documenten,...
  • HR aanspreekpunt voor bediendeprofielen: jouw kennis van sociale wetgeving is dus zeker on point
  • In- en uitdiensttredingen, opmaak contracten, opvolgen van verzekerings- en schadedossiers en voorbereiden van rapportering en analyses
  • Ook het wagenparkbeheer valt binnen het takenpakket

Op langere termijn mag je ook meewerken aan HR projecten, wat het een gevarieerd takenpakket maakt.
