Depuis 1997, IG Soft développe des logiciels professionnels pour les PME, fiduciaires, transporteurs et professionnels de l’automobile. Nous distribuons également WinBooks et Exact et accompagnons nos clients de l’installation au support, en passant par le paramétrage et la formation. Entreprise familiale à taille humaine, nous cherchons un interlocuteur bilingue capable de faire le lien entre les clients et notre équipe.

Un rôle clé, à la croisée du logiciel et du commercial

Notre clientèle néerlandophone se développe et nous souhaitons renforcer notre accompagnement dans les deux langues. Grâce à votre maîtrise du français et du néerlandais, vous deviendrez un interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients, en associant conseil, support logiciel et relation commerciale.

Vos missions : accompagner, conseiller, résoudre

  • Vous installez et paramétrez nos logiciels, formez les utilisateurs et assurez le support technique par téléphone et e-mail : comprendre, résoudre et expliquer font partie de votre quotidien.
  • Vous accompagnez les intégrations avec WinBooks, Exact et Horus ainsi que la facturation électronique Peppol, au cœur de l’environnement comptable de nos clients.
  • Vous réalisez les mises en page de factures et de documents avec notre éditeur de layout.
  • Vous rédigez et actualisez notre base de connaissances et notre aide en ligne.
  • Vous développez la relation commerciale : identifiez les besoins, présentez les solutions adaptées et rendez visite à quelques clients par mois.

Ici, le support ne s’arrête pas à la résolution d’un problème : vous conseillez les clients et contribuez aussi à la relation commerciale.

Votre profil

  • Bilingue FR/NL, à l’oral comme à l’écrit : niveau C1 minimum, c’est-à-dire un niveau expérimenté.
  • Curieux(se) de technologie : vous aimez découvrir et comprendre le fonctionnement des logiciels.
  • À l’aise avec les clients : vous avez le sens du service et aimez créer une relation de confiance.
  • Calme, structuré(e) et rigoureux(se) : vous privilégiez les échanges constructifs à l’agitation.
  • Autonome : vous savez chercher des réponses dans notre base de connaissances et avancer par vous-même.
  • Ponctuel(le) et respectueux(se) envers clients et collègues.
  • En possession du permis B et d’un véhicule personnel : 1 à 2 déplacements professionnels par mois sont à prévoir, avec indemnisation des déplacements.

Vos atouts supplémentaires : des notions de comptabilité ou de facturation, la connaissance de WinBooks, Exact ou Horus, ou une expérience en helpdesk ou customer success. Vous serez formé(e) à nos logiciels.
