Správce - správcová budovy / Technik - technička provozu areáluMísto výkonu práce: Nemojov, Dvůr KrálovéPro pobytové zdravotnické zařízení a zařízení sociálních služeb hledáme samostatného a zodpovědného kolegu/kolegyni na pozici Správce - správcová budovy / Technik- technička provozu areálu, který/á bude zajišťovat bezproblémový technický chod objektu, přilehlých pozemků a lesního porostu.Náplň práce:- komplexní správa a technický provoz budovy zdravotnického a sociálního zařízení- plánování, organizace a kontrola údržby objektů a technologií- zajišťování pravidelných revizí, kontrol a zákonných prohlídek zařízení- dohled nad plněním požadavků souvisejících s legislativou, bezpečností provozu, BOZP a požární ochranou- koordinace externích dodavatelů, servisních firem a řemeslníků- evidence technické dokumentace, revizních zpráv a provozních záznamů- příprava podkladů pro opravy, investice a technická zlepšení- operativní řešení technických závad a havarijních situací- správa venkovních ploch, komunikací, zahrady a lesního pozemku- kontrola hospodárného využívání energií a provozních nákladů- spolupráce s vedením organizace při plánování rozvoje a údržby areáluPožadujeme:- minimálně středoškolské vzdělání technického směru- zkušenosti se správou budov, facility managementem nebo technickým provozem- orientaci v oblasti stavebních, technických a provozních předpisů- znalost požadavků BOZP, PO a související legislativy výhodou- schopnost samostatně organizovat práci a řešit provozní situace- uživatelskou znalost práce na PC (MS Office)- řidičský průkaz skupiny B - technickou zdatnost, spolehlivost a odpovědný přístupVýhodou:- zkušenost s provozem zdravotnických nebo sociálních zařízení- osvědčení dle příslušných technických předpisů- zkušenosti s energetickým managementem budovNabízíme:- samostatnou a odpovědnou práci- stabilní zaměstnání v zavedené organizaci- odpovídající finanční ohodnocení, platové zařazení dle nařízení vlády č. 341/201 Sb., plat v rozmezí 31 000 - 40 00Kč / měsíc- možnost dalšího odborného vzdělávání, - služební telefon a další zaměstnanecké benefity dle dohodyNástup: možný ihned, popřípadě dle dohody.
