Launch your career in supplier quality engineering with a role that combines technical problem-solving with supplier collaboration. You'll ensure materials and components meet rigorous quality standards while developing expertise in industry-leading quality methodologies. What will you do? Oversee daily supplier quality operations to ensure all materials and components meet specifications Drive problem resolution with suppliers using structured approaches to eliminate recurring issues Track and analyze supplier quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities Perform audits and compliance assessments to verify supplier adherence to quality standards What are the key skills we are looking for: Problem Solving — foundational level; applying structured approaches to resolve supplier quality issues Analytical Thinking — developing level; evaluating data to identify trends and root causes Advanced Product Quality Planning — foundational level; supporting APQP processes with suppliers Supplier Quality Management — developing level; managing supplier performance and quality standards Production Part Approval Process — developing level; executing PPAP requirements for new parts Ethical Integrity — developing level; maintaining compliance and transparency in supplier relationships Auditing — foundational level; conducting supplier assessments to verify quality systems Collaboration — foundational level; partnering with cross-functional teams and suppliers What qualifications will make you successful: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Clear communication skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and teams Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn technical quality methodologies What's in it for me?
