Payroll Manager – HR Services Join our global HR Services organization as a Payroll Manager, where you will lead complex payroll operations and act as a champion of change, driving digitalization and transformation that impacts thousands of employees across multiple entities. This role is ideal for a strong people leader who combines governance, payroll expertise, and emotional intelligence, and who thrives in a dynamic, regional environment. What will make you successful (Requirements): Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll operations in a large, global organization English advanced Solid knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks Experience supporting both blue- and white-collar payroll populations Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, influence, and develop teams Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and process optimization Ability to balance logical thinking with emotional intelligence, especially in complex or high-pressure environments Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to engage and influence at senior levels Experience working in regional or multi-country payroll environments Comfortable operating in a governance-driven HR Services model What's in it for me?
