Program Overview The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage. Once you join, the first 2-year you will experience 3 rotations (8-month each). During the 24 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track under different functions mainly as sales, marketing and business development. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. What you will do: Lead commercial projects that accelerate Schneider Electric’s market presence and deliver value to customers. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and create impactful business solutions. Engage directly with customers and partners to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth. Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights that influence pricing, product positioning, and commercial strategy.
