ポジション概要 Operations Excellence Specialistは、サービス事業における業務プロセスの改善、標準化、デジタル化を推進し、事業成長と顧客満足度向上を実現する役割を担います。 サービス営業、フィールドサービスエンジニア、テンダリング、サービスオペレーションなど複数の関係部門と連携しながら、業務プロセスの最適化や変革プロジェクトをリードしていただきます。 本ポジションでは、サービス事業の生産性向上、顧客対応品質の向上、業務効率化および収益性改善を目的とした各種プロジェクトの企画から実行、定着化までを担当します。 単なるプロジェクト管理に留まらず、現場の課題を把握し、データに基づく改善施策を立案・実行することで、継続的な業務改善文化の醸成に貢献していただきます。 主な業務内容 サービス業務改善プロジェクトの推進 サービス事業における業務プロセスの分析および改善施策の立案 業務効率化、生産性向上、顧客満足度向上を目的とした改善プロジェクトの推進 サービス契約管理、見積、受注から請求までの業務プロセス最適化 KPI分析を通じた課題の特定と改善施策の実行 デジタル化・システム活用推進 Salesforce、SAP、ServiceMax、Power BIなどのシステム活用促進 システム導入・業務変革プロジェクトの推進 データ品質向上および業務の標準化推進 レポーティングやダッシュボードの改善による意思決定支援 プロジェクトマネジメント プロジェクト計画の策定（スコープ、目標、スケジュール、リソース管理） 進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理 予算管理およびプロジェクト成果の測定 プロジェクト完了後のレビューおよびベストプラクティスの展開 ステークホルダーマネジメント サービス営業部門との連携 フィールドサービスエンジニアとの連携 APACおよびグローバルチームとの協業 財務、人事、ITなど社内関連部門との調整 経営層向けの進捗報告および改善提案 Change Management 新しい業務プロセスやシステム導入時の展開計画策定 ユーザートレーニングの企画・実施 利用定着化施策の推進 関係者へのコミュニケーションおよび変革マネジメント 主なKPI サービス事業の生産性向上 業務工数削減 サービス契約更新率向上 見積リードタイム短縮 フィールドサービス稼働率向上 顧客満足度改善 プロジェクト納期遵守率 プロジェクト予算遵守率 デジタルツール利用率向上 必須要件 学士号または同等の知識・経験 プロジェクトマネジメントまたは業務改善に関する実務経験（2年以上） サービス事業、製造業、エネルギー業界、設備業界のいずれかでの経験 データ分析および業務改善の経験 ステークホルダーマネジメント能力 日本語・英語によるコミュニケーション能力 Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint）を活用した分析およびレポーティングスキル 歓迎要件 Operational Excellence、Continuous Improvement、Business Transformationの経験 Lean、Six Sigma、Kaizenに関する知識または資格 Salesforce、SAP、ServiceMax、Power BIの利用経験 サービス事業における業務改革プロジェクト経験 APACまたはグローバルプロジェクトへの参画経験 求める人物像 現状に満足せず継続的な改善を推進できる方 現場と経営層の双方と円滑にコミュニケーションを図れる方 データに基づいて課題解決を行える方 複数部門を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進できる方 変化の激しい環境において柔軟に対応できる方 Bring your project leadership to a team that's ready to support your success — apply today!
