Manage and execute recruitment programs like internship, graduate program, etc Execute recruitment strategies that attract high-caliber talent through diverse sourcing channels Cultivate and maintain talent pipelines that support both immediate and long-term hiring goals Collaborate with hiring managers to shape job requirements and enhance selection processes What are the key skills we are looking for?
