Als medewerker Customer Service ben jij de vaste contactpersoon voor een aantal van onze klanten. Je beantwoordt de vragen en verzoeken van onze klanten snel en efficiënt, zowel via e-mail als telefonisch. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om de logistieke processen en leveringen soepel te laten verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Customer service in de breedste zin van het woord;
  • Je houd je bezig met zowel binnenlandse zendingen als zendingen naar het buitenland;
  • Dagelijks contact met onze klanten en internationale vervoerders via telefoon, e-mail en chat;
  • Het maken van offertes en boekingen en proactieve opvolging van zendingen;
  • Afhandeling van klachten;
  • Adviseren van klanten in al hun transport uitdagingen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een administratieve, commerciële of logistieke richting;
  • Fulltime beschikbaar (40 uur per week) en flexibel inzetbaar;
  • Kennis van transport is een pré;
  • Stressbestending en een verantwoordelijke instelling;
  • Je herkent jezelf in een klant- en oplossingsgericht aanpak;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen de € 3.000,- en € 3.600,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring;
  • 24 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding indien je meer dan 10 km van de standplaats woont;
  • Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden binnen de Seabourne Academy;
