Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries and provide courteous assistance to visitors and stakeholders.
  • Assist with filing, printing, collecting and distributing documents and materials.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, sending messages and maintaining records.
  • Assist with logistical arrangements for meetings and events, including preparing refreshments.
  • Support the printing, sorting, labelling and distribution of documents and materials.
  • Provide printing and administrative support during staff absences or periods of increased workload.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably possess a secondary-level qualification.
  • Preferably have more than 2 years of working experience, including at least 1 year in frontline or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented, pleasant and professional.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and handle information with discretion.

Duration/Working Hours:

9 months (4 January 2027 to 31 May 2027 and 1 July 2027 to 31 October 2027)

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 1:00pm (5.5 working hours)
  • Service not required in the month of June 2027 on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

The end-time for workday before public holidays or designated school holidays will be adjusted accordingly.
